Forest Committee

At present, the legal status of the GWCF Partnership is an ‘unincorporated association’ working through a Memorandum of Agreement. The existing governance structure comprises the Forest Committee, the Senior Partners and the Implementation Forum.

Membership of Forest Committee, which meets twice yearly, is open to all partners and it is these partners who have played an important role in developing the Business Plan 2006-2010 which will be the mechanism for setting out the direction, tasks and outputs for GWCF over the coming years.

However, we would now like better representation from the business, community and education sectors to ensure that future project and funding opportunities are identified. We would welcome any interested parties from these backgrounds to join the partnership.
