With a wide range of activities, projects and events on offer, the Great Western Community Forest is a great place to visit, whatever the time of year.

There are volunteer clear up days, tree planting events, walks and school related activities as well as Forest Festival, our annual free event providing information about the Great Western Community Forest and celebrating trees and their products.

There are also opportunities to join other groups in helping to conserve and care for the areas close to where you live, providing a better understanding and appreciation for your environment.
